Refund Policy
DeepMaths sells digital diagnostic and learning access. Refund decisions are handled carefully and fairly.
Diagnostic purchases
Because the diagnostic is a digital assessment and report, refunds are generally not available once access has been used or the report has been generated.
Programme purchases
For the 8-week programme, refund requests should be made before substantial access has been used. DeepMaths will review requests fairly based on access, usage, and timing.
VIP review
VIP diagnostic review bookings may be rescheduled where reasonable. Refunds depend on whether direct review work has already started.
Technical access issues
If a technical issue prevents access, contact DeepMaths promptly so access can be restored or an alternative arrangement made.
